Replace ESL/ELV signal in the following BMW cars:

Attention: It is necessary to reset the fault counter in the CAS module!

 Tested on:
BMW vehicles equipped with a4 -pin ESL plug (works if the wiring from the ESL plug doesn't have +12V Power)
